Winemaking: 100% Pinot Gris, the fruit for this wine was machine harvested, cool-fermented with specific cultured yeasts to promote varietal intensity, then bottled after 24 months on fine yeast lees in stainless steel tank. Vegan friendly. Minimal sulphites.
