This mystery case deal contains 12 bottles of a soon-to-be-released 2025 Gewürztraminer from Marlborough.

This is a classic cool-climate Gewürztraminer, showing vibrant aromas and flavours of ginger, five spice, lychee, peach and apricot. The nose is lifted and aromatic, with notes of clove, ginger and candied orange peel. On the palate, the wine is plush and textural, with excellent structure, depth and impressive length.

Although completely dry, the wine has plenty of ripe fruit and impressive flavour development. Overall, it is concentrated, balanced and beautifully harmonious, with the freshness and aromatic intensity that make Marlborough Gewürztraminer so distinctive.

Winemaking Notes:
After harvest, the grapes were held on their skins for a brief period before being whole-bunch pressed into stainless steel tanks for fermentation and maturation. This short period of skin contact contributes lift, texture and aromatic complexity, while cool fermentation in stainless steel helps retain freshness, varietal definition and purity of fruit.

The wine was then held on fine lees for 15 months prior to bottling, adding further texture and complexity. Vegan friendly.
