"Bright, even, pale salmon. Consistent and vigorous bead. The nose is gently full, with aromas of apricot, raspberry, mandarin and creamy elements. Medium-bodied, aromas of raspberry, apricot, mandarin and zest, melded with cream. The fruit is juicy and vibrant, supported by zingy acidity. The vigorous mousse attacks the creamy mouthfeel, lending a refreshing finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with tacos over the next 2-3 years.
