2019 d'Arenberg 'The Dead Arm' Shiraz

The 2019 d'Arenberg The Dead Arm is a powerful, complex McLaren Vale Shiraz characterized by intense aromas of black cherry, mocha, and Kalamata olives, and concentrated flavours of blackberry and black olive, with a rich but balanced acidity and fine tannins. Named after a fungal disease that reduces vine yield while increasing fruit intensity, this wine is noted for its impressive concentration and ability to age gracefully for over 15 years.

Appearance:
Bright, deep purple, with a glass-staining garnet colour.
