The 2026 Calrossie Vineyards Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc delivers on all the hallmark traits that Marlborough Sauvignon is famous for; intense aromatics, fresh fruit flavours and a juicy, lingering acidity. 

This is the fourth vintage of Sauvignon Blanc produced by Calrossie Vineyards, and is sourced from across two vineyards in the Waihopai Valley, where the fruit was chosen specifically for its quality, fruit flavour and natural acidity.

The 2025 vintage was served in both First & Business class with Thai Airways and Business Class with Singapore Airlines. The 2026 vintage was just exceptional - a smaller harvest with even more concentrated fruit flavour and great natural acidity.

Vineyard and vintage
100% Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit is from certified sustainable, family-owned vineyards in the Waihopai Valley in Marlborough. The soils are also wind-blown loess over rich clay. The 2026 growing season in Marlborough was very favourable, with even ripening conditions and no adverse weather events, producing white wines with excellent fruit quality, great acidity and intense aromatics. 

Vinification
The  fruit was harvested and then gently pressed into stainless steel tank, after which it was fermented at cool temperatures to retain its freshness, aroma, and purity of fruit. No malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on fine yeast lees for 6 months prior to being bottled. Vegan friendly. Contains minimal sulphites.

Our 2026 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from two family-owned vineyards in the Waihopai Valley subregion of Marlborough. Typified by aromas of jalapeño, capsicum and box hedge, the palate is juicy, intense and capsicum and box hedge, the palate is juicy, intense and concentrated, and the finish is dry and salivating.
