2025 Ancient Ways 'Ancestrale' Pét Nat Sauvignon Blanc

'Ancient Ways' is the evolution of Marlborough natural wine brand that was once called Native & Ancient. Now led by local winemaker (and artist) Tom Flaherty, we have their new 2025 pétillant naturel (bottle-fermented) Sauvignon Blanc.

Bright and fresh, this 2025 vintage sparkling highlights everything we know and love in Sauvignon - zesty citrus, green apple, even a hint of old school lemonade. On the nose there's a touch of manuka honey and wildflower, and the finish is long, dry and persistent.

Unfiltered, unfined and undisgorged, this naturally cloudy wine opens nicely with the perfect amount of fizz... and tastes like summer!

Serve chilled, of course.
