"Certified organic, the classy, youthful 2025 vintage is a single-vineyard, estate-grown wine, hand-picked and fermented and matured in French oak barriques and puncheons. Bright, light yellow/green, it is fragrant, full-bodied and sweet-fruited, with strong, ripe stone fruit flavours, finely integrated oak adding complexity, and a slightly creamy texture. Savoury and harmonious, it's already delicious, but likely to be at its best 2028+."

"What a lovely bouquet of fresh peach and grapefruit peel, with a bright, youthful appeal, polished stony soil qualities, then layers of flowers, raw cashew nut and vanilla. Full-bodied, fruity, dry, varietal and youthful, with a fresh, plush mouthfeel. Flavours of yellow stone fruits and apple, grapefruit and spices from both fruit and wood are supported by layers of lees and fine tannins. Well made and lengthy, this is a wine beginning its integration chapter, with best drinking from late 2027 through 2033."
