2023 marks the third iteration of Big Fizz, one of our best selling sparkling wines of all time and certainly one of the best sparkling rosés we know of! This time round 2023 Big Fizz is made from certified organic Pinot Noir, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand.
A very pale pink in colour, Big Fizz is the perfect sparkling wine to start a night on or keep sipping on all throughout the evening too. Ripe citrus, light red fruits, totally dry finish... it's fizzy, fruity and dry, and bang on what we want to drink!
