"Bright, even, very pale yellow. The nose is fresh and lifted, with aromas of lime, passionfruit, peach, jalapeno, fresh-cut grass and sea breeze. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lime and peach leading passionfruit, jalapeno, sweet basil and saline. The fruit shows ripeness and purity with succulent fruit, flows effortlessly along a soft line of vibrant acidity. Match with calamari and green-lipped mussels over the next 3 years. The fruit was sourced from Rose Family vineyard in Omaka Valley and Linklater Family in Waihopai Valley, both organic certified. Whole bunch pressed to tank, inoculated with organic yeast and fermented cool, no MLF, aged on lees for 9 months. Vegan friendly. 12.5%alc. 18.5/20 pts (93 pts) May 2024"
