2023 Brood Fermentation 'Sedure' Pinot Noir

Brood continue to explore the ethereal side of Pinot Noir from the Weka vineyard in Nelson. This year, brighter acidity and lighter tannin allowed the fruit off this vineyard to express itself in a style reminiscent of Spätburgunder. Texture, elegance and acidity are the leading qualities of this wine, Cola nut, red cherry, spice and porcini.
