There's a bottle of Big Fizz Sparkling Rosé, a dry, crisp fizz that is the perfect aperitif to any good evening. There are two orange wines from Terroir Project and Park Wines, showing the spectrum of both short and long maceration orange wines. There are two chilled red wines, a light, easy-drinking one from Terroir Project, and a darker, funkier one from Park Wines, and a beautiful Gamay Noir from Domaine de Chatillon, which can be enjoyed either chilled or ambient.
