From arguably the best Grenache producer in Spain (or maybe the world!) comes their entry-level cuvee 'La Bruja de Rozas'.

There's precision, depth and complexity here, with a mixture of violets, red berries, balsamic herbs and a touch of spice.

The palate is medium-bodied, with very good balance, very fine tannins and a fine thread of acidity providing backbone to the wine.

Evolves in the glass, and continues to show brilliantly on day two and three.
