Walcliffe Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a bespoke label created by the makers of Calrossie Vineyards for a large group in USA and Canada. It truly delivers on all the hallmark traits the region is famous for; intense aromatics, fresh fruit flavour and juicy, lingering acidity.
From certified sustainable vineyards in the Waihopai Valley, Marlborough, this wine was harvested, gently pressed, fermented cold in stainless steel tank to promote variety typicity and then aged on fine yeast lees for 15 months, creating palate weight and mouthfeel. This wine is vegan friendly and was bottled with minimal sulphites.
