Viticulture: Certified Green Sustainable Winegrowing (by LODI)

Winemaking: Fruit for this wine was harvested, pressed, then cold-fermented with specific cultured yeasts to promote varietal intensity. It was then aged in oak barrels for 9 months (30% new) to further develop palate weight and mouthfeel before bottling.
