This is a classic cool-climate Gewürztraminer, showing vibrant aromas and flavours of ginger, five spice, lychee, peach and apricot. The nose is lifted and aromatic, with notes of clove, ginger and candied orange peel. On the palate, the wine is plush and textural, with excellent structure, depth and impressive length. Although dry, the wine has plenty of ripe fruit and impressive flavour development. Overall, it is concentrated, balanced and beautifully harmonious, with the freshness and aromatic intensity that make Marlborough Gewürztraminer so distinctive.
