Light Dry White - pretty self explanatory. This is exactly what it says it is but not what you think! 100% Pinot Noir from Martinborough, direct-pressed to produce a crisp and refreshing blanc de noir style white wine. It has a lovely apricot hue, and super-refreshing acidity. A summertime sipper for sure.

Organic. Unfined, unfiltered, vegan. Minimal sulphites added.
