Park Wines is a collaboration between Dan Gillett (of Selection Massale and Wine Diamonds) and Jos Ruffell (of Garage Project). Here they have taken BioGro certified organic fruit farmed between their two vineyards in Nelson and Marlborough, and come together to make something fun, a little different and totally delicious!

2022 Fizz is made from a blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling and Gewürztraminer, resulting in a crisp, refreshing and fruity yet dry sparkling wine. The majority Pinot Gris portion of the blend seems to offer stonefruit and lusciousness, the Riesling gives acidity and freshness and the (very small) portion of Gewürz gives nice lifted florals and aromatics. A really delicious, complex sparkling wine which will appease drinkers of both méthode traditionnelle and pét nat.
