The 2022 vintage Das Juice Rosé is a blend of Cabernet Franc (65%), Tempranillo (20%) and Sauvignon (15%) from McLaren Vale, South Australia.

There's a lot to love here - it's a dry, yet full-flavoured rose; strawberry, watermelon and rosehip, shot-through with thirst-slaking acidity and structural, feathery tannins.

Excellent as aperitif, but would also pair well with creamy white cheese or hot smoked salmon. Dry, light and fruitful, yet very refreshing.
