100% manual harvested, direct pressed Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris with a splash of Xarel-lo. Fermentation is carried out spontaneously in wood and amphora. A rich and complex natural wine from the far south of France, bursting with personality.
The texture is supple and silky, with crunchy underripe peach, zippy acidity and a salty, mineral finish.
