Since 1805 the Plageoles family have been producing white wines from the native Gaillac white grape varieties of Mauzac and Ondenc and red wines from the native Gaillac red grape varieties of Duras, Braucol and Prunelar. Here we have a methode tradionnelle (brut nature / zero-dosage) made from Mauzac, a light, fresh white grape variety similar to a Pinot Blanc or light Chardonnay in flavour.
