Pinot Gris Maceration is a pur vin in every respect. Unfined and unfiltered, macerated on skins for seven days. The deep rosy hue is enchanting, the nose is delicate, suggestive of wild strawberries and fresh watermelon and there are notes of sage and pepper. The freshness is beautiful, and surprising, and really speaks of Frick's mastery of this style of wine.
