A fine, delicate, fruity nose suggestive of plums and yellow cherries, followed by an upfront palate that moves between apricot stonefruit, cool minerals, golden spice and savoury-smoky elements. Finishes on a strong bitter phenolic note and medicinal nuances of fennel and wild herbs and spices.
