Quince and apricot fruit on the nose with underlying spice and floral honeysuckle. Finely balanced, lively acidity. An absolute classic.

Like all Hans Herzog wines, this is organically grown, handpicked and spontaneously fermented with minimal added s02. Unfined and minimal filtration.
