A savoury, juicy chilled red blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
Vinification
Each of the four varieties were separately harvested and wild-fermented in stainless steel tanks. After blending and full malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on lees for 12 months before being bottled unfiltered and unfined.
