Pronol Prosecco is produced by the Bottega family, who have been cultivating vines in Veneto (Italy's Prosecco region) since the 1600s. The vineyards are not certified but they have been farming according to organic principles since inception, also manually pruning their vineyard by hand and hand-harvesting all fruit from their vineyard.
Pronol's Millesimato is a single vintage wine, 2023, and more akin to a classic méthode traditionnelle or Champagne than their DOC Prosecco - made from Glera (Prosecco), Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this is a richer, complex style of sparkling. Red apple, stonefruit and citrus on the palate. Richer, elegant aromas of toasted nuts and vanilla on the nose.
