A lip-smacking rendition of Chenin Blanc, this time 100% amphora aged in Amy's own tinaja vessels, this is zingy, crisp granny smith, textbook tropical fruit, with a textural, saline finish. Delicious. Pair with white fish, oysters, mussels and goat’s cheese
