Chablis to a tee! Fresh, crisp and mineral,  with subtle lemon, hazelnut and ginger. Perfect with oysters or crayfish.

The Domaine is located in the northernmost region of Chablis, almost bordering the Champagne region, and is operated by by the Gautheron family.

Currently the winery is run by 5th generation wine maker Alain Gautheron assisted by his son Cyril.

Between them they cultivate almost 30 hectares of Chardonnay vines grown on calcareous and marl soils situated on east facing slopes.
