Light Dry Red. This is exactly what it says it is and more. A 50/50 coferment of Pinot Noir from Martinborough and Syrah from Bridge Pa, Hawke's Bay, whole bunch fermentation with 10 days on skins. The result is a light, juicy and intensely fruited red, with plenty of texture and structure. Just in time for summer - this is calling out for a chill.
Unfined, unfiltered, vegan. Minimal sulphites added at bottling.
