What a banger!

There's clever winemaking in abundance here from from Hawke's Bay winemaker Dave Mackintosh. Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer on skins, providing plenty of floral, herbal complexity, blended with a light touch of both Merlot and Cabernet Franc saignée to add further delightful red berry savouriness.

Dry, juicy, and saline, with a hint of tangy grapefruit and fresh peach on the finish. A fantastic orange wine.
