From Hawkes Bay star Amy Farnsworth comes another brand new cuvée - Amber Albariño!
Not to be confused with Amy's lighter, whiter 'Amphora' Albarino - released earlier in the year - this is firmly in the orange / skin-contact wine camp.
More concentrated and phenolic than the Amphora, there's plenty to enjoy here - fresh and dried apricot, sticky marmalade, citrus zest, guava and spice.
We're loving this one - a really stunning take on a beloved Spanish grape. Complex and rich, while retaining Amoise's signature fresh and lively finish, this is great on its own or paired with oysters, fish, or even pork belly.
