Organic Bridge Pa fruit was carefully selected, 30% whole-bunch pressed, wild ferment and aged in French barriques. True to Huntress' signature style, the wine is bursting with life - expressing spicy and savoury dark fruits, berries, with a juicy and refreshing finish. A unique expression of the grape, and very moreish too! 

Pair with slow cooked game meats, or a rich cheese plate.
