Huntress' Pinot Noir has long been a customer favourite here at Everyday Wine, and with her 2023 Pinot Noir now hitting shelves we think it's her best yet!
This year's fruit was sourced from the BioGro-certified Grava vineyard in Martinborough, and as usual, there is clever winemaking in abundance here. Wild ferment, with 25% whole-bunch for additional texture, and aged in seasoned French oak for 12 months.
Savoury, spiced and fine-textured, with layers of red and brambly fruit; this is a serious, delicious, modern Pinot that, once opened, will continue to develop and evolve in the glass.
A complex and intriguing wine to enjoy over the course of an evening, paired with venison or roasted vegetables.
Unfined and unfiltered. Vegan.
