"Bright, even, very pale yellow. The nose is distinctive and fresh, with aromas of gooseberry, kaffir lime, grapefruit, elderflower and nettle. Medium-light bodied, aromas of gooseberry entwined with grapefruit, zest, kaffir lime, elderflower and a touch of nettle. Delicately smooth mouthfeel carried by zingy acidity, with good energy, landing a juicy, refreshing closing. Match with fresh-shucked clams and whitefish over the next 3 years.
