Case of 12 Bottles
Terroir Project sure are bringing the heat this year! Here is their rose gold, coppery-hued orange wine from the BioGro certified organic vineyards in Marlborough. Made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris & Grüner Veltliner this wine has all the tropical, stonefruit and citrusy notes you would expect, but with that intriguing, slightly chalky palate you get from skin-fermented orange wines. Super aromatic, full of white peach and florals. The tannins in this wine are nice and resolved. The palate is dry, but not too dry, and overall texture and tension of the wine is nicely balanced too. All told this is one delicious, refreshing, easy drinking orange wine!
Terroir Project ("Tear-wah Pro-ject") is a new project of single-vineyard wines showcasing unique terroirs from around New Zealand and Australia. The wines are incredible translations of vineyard site and soil and in this case, a brilliant representation of orange wine that we love so much.
