An atypical style - even for Jura - the Les Dévoilés vintage is made entirely from Chardonnay, vinified and aged under flor for more than 7 years. This process is usually only employed with Savagnin, so to see a Chardonnay, especially with so much time under the veil, is a rare treat.

It's a wine of incredible aromatic power. The color is deep and dark lemon yellow with golden highlights. Expressive, the bouquet exudes candied fruits, fleshy citrus, figs and honey with nuances biscuit and toasted nuts. The palate has a creamy and delicate texture, lots of freshness throughout with a long and juicy finish.
