Pét Nat from natural wine legends Partida Creus.

Xarel-lo is the grape here, used most commonly in Spanish Methode, and the XL shares some of its flavour profile with a good Cava, although with more zippy freshness.

The wine is lean and precise, with pronounced citrus, tight and driving acidity. There's green apple around the edges, and a fine, persistent mousse. A really stunning Pet Nat.
