In the style of Vin Jaune (Jura's famous oxidative white wine), the legends at Comando G have made an Albillo, the lesser known white wine of Sierra de Gredos, and aged it for 12 months in 600L sherry casks under flor. 

Saline, nutty, spicy, with a long mineral finish.
