Golden-hued with classic citrus, stonefruit and melon, bread and butter, shot through with a racy acidity and a lingering, wet-stone finish.

Hand-picked. 27 March and 3 April 2021. 16 hl/ha
Vinification
Soaked and pressed overnight with basket press. Natural yeast fermentation in old oak barrels. No additives except for 20 mg/L sulphites before bottling.
Maturation
14 months in old French oak barrels.
Bottling
29 July 2022 without fining or filtration
