2013 Sébastien Riffault Skeveldra 

Sancerre like no other, Skeveldra is a seemingly impossible combination of classic citrus and tropical fruit brought to vivid life with partial botrytis, with energetic acidity yielding to a creamy, oxidative, complex finish of flint, woody herbs and gunpowder. One to savour.

2015 Jean Foillard 'Morgon Athanor' Gamay Noir

Unmistakably a Foillard Gamay, this is nonetheless an extremely special bottle from the legendary Beaujolais producer. Made amarone-style, where the additional hang time led to shrivelling of the grapes. The end result is an intense concentration of flavour!

2021 William Downie Gippsland Pinot Noir

The latest vintage of the legendary Pinot Noir by Australia's natural wine godfather William Downie. Fine, complex, and textural, this is incredibly approachable now but will continue to reveal more nuance in the cellar.
