Flavours of candied lemon, grapefruit pith, quince, granny smith and rosewater. The palate is rich and satiating but the acidity tingles the palate and keeps you wanting more. Salinity, spice and musk from the aromatic varieties add complexity to the finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eFlora is from one vineyard in the Waihopai Valley subregion of Marlborough. Each variety was picked at optimum ripeness and then added to a co-ferment in stainless steel tank to preserve freshness and aroma.
