The 2023 'Waikoa' vintage is a return to a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling.
On the nose: florals, fennel, guava, spicy jalapeno. The palate shows fresh citrus fruits, pink grapefruit, lime, plenty of texture and salinity.
Hand harvested, 25% whole cluster, BioGro certified Sauvignon and Riesling, 32 day and 16 day skin ferment respectively. Unfined, unflitered, vegan.
