The estate is still family-run, now by cousins Nathalie, Jean-Paul and Olivier Tollot, and the approach hasn't changed too much: farming is largely traditional, yields are modest, and the winemaking is restrained, with minimal use of oak. Today the domaine is regarded as one of the best and most reliable in \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eCôte de Beaune.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe wine is 100% destemmed Pinot Noir, aged 18 months in French oak, only a quarter of it new.
