2022 marks Still Life's first foray into pétillant naturel and we are incredibly pleased with the results! 

The fruit for this wine was sourced from BioGro certified organic vineyard no. 6243 in Marlborough. Made from 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Riesling and 20% Pinot Noir, the fruit was harvested together, whole bunch pressed into stainless steel where it underwent a slow, cool initial ferment, before being racked into bottle to finish its primary fermentation. Unfiltered and undisgorged, yet not too cloudy, the wine is an incredibly vibrant deep purple, bursting with raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb and citrus fruits.  Dry, fruity, refreshing and incredibly balanced. 

Unfiltered, undisgorged, vegan.
