Located at the meeting point of the Brancott and Omaka valleys, Ashmore’s glacially-formed soils and Southern Valleys climate are well known for producing Chardonnay with structure, drive and tension.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-end=\"2044\" data-start=\"1699\"\u003eTasting Notes:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003eThis style is influenced by two clones, the softer acidity of clone B95 which imparts charm and accessibility and the Mendoza clone with its small, intensely flavoured bunches with abundant acidity providing the concentration and structure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003e95% whole bunch pressed juice stainless steel primary fermentation, with 30% moving to older oak puncheon towards the end of ferment. 5% skin fermentation to complement and enhance phenolics.
