Nerello Mascalese, with some Nerello Cappuccio and Alicante. Destemmed by hand, fermented in various Qvevri, before being pressed off and matured in large format wooden cask. 

Bright crimson. Rich and intense. Fine, delicate, chalky tannins. Amazing texture and acidity.
