"From 41yr old North facing vines in Warragul. Planted on red volcanic soil, on own roots and never irrigated. Whole bunches sealed in a tank for a week untouched and then gently foot plunged daily for another week. Pressed into old French puncheons for the year.

The 2021 is real pretty and elegant yet it has that rustic, almost cornas thing going on. Cherry cola on the nose with Meaty and earthy characters, red and black fruits, smoke, spice, pepper and graphite, with powerful tannin.

Deeper, richer and darker than before. Yum.
