Rich, golden lemon in colour, this is Pinot Gris with varietal and regional typicity; soft and rounded, ripe stonefruit, some citrus, green apple, and nashi pear. Refreshing and balanced on the palate, dry and slightly saline on the finish.

100% Pinot Gris from BioGro certified organic vineyard No. 4892 in Marlborough. Hand harvested, fermented and matured in Stainless Steel. Bottled unfined (vegan), contains minimal added sulphites.
