Hand-picked, organic Sauvignon Blanc was destemmed and underwent wild fermentation on skins, being gentle plunged nice a day. Total time on skins was 51 days, then basket pressed into seasoned french oak. Full malo with 3.5 months on lees.

Sauvignon with texture and balance, and one that only gets better with time in bottle or in the glass.
