Chenin Blanc, one of the best grape varieties on earth, here biodynamically farmed by Mike Sleegers in Margaret River, and then made by Xavier and Patrick from Jumping Juice. This one's got all the cues of Chenin (green apple, lemon curd, grapefruit) but still has tension, acidity, and importantly, a dry finish. We love it!
