One of the most well balanced wines we've drunk in a long time. 70% Grecanico sourced from multiple small plots high up in Mt Etna from terraced, single stake vineyards at 1000m altitude. 

Dry, crisp, mineral, pithy and weighty with a lingering finish. Pure varietal and volcanic soil expression: Bianco G is a gorgeous wine that shows off what Sicilian whites can be. Balanced, well rounded and textural. We could drink this one all day, everyday.
